Each car is checked before export and documented with photos or video.
- You can nominate a third-party inspector such as SGS at your cost.

Loading & shipping
Cars are lashed in 40HQ containers or driven onto a Ro-Ro vessel.
- Overland trucking is used for Central Asian routes.
- You receive loading photos when the cars leave.

Customs & documents
We complete export clearance in China and send the original documents.
- B/L, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
- Sales stays in touch after delivery.
FOB or CIF?
Both terms are defined in the ICC Incoterms® 2020 rules. Your contract states which one applies.
FOB — Free On Board
We deliver the cars loaded on the vessel at the Chinese port and clear export customs.
You book and pay sea freight, insurance and everything after loading.
CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight
We also pay sea freight and minimum insurance to your destination port.
You pay destination port charges, import duty, taxes and clearance.

Payment terms
- Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice.
- In-stock cars are prepared for shipment once payment is received.
- Ask sales which payment methods work for your country.

Cars strapped and chocked, often on racks. Best protection for small and mixed orders.
Ro-Ro
Cars driven onto a car carrier vessel. Common for larger volumes.
Overland
Car-carrier trucks or rail to Central Asia and Russia.

Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. Choose FOB and your forwarder takes over once the cars are on board.
Who pays import duty?
The buyer pays import duty, taxes and clearance at destination, under both FOB and CIF.
